After serving with the Eastern Fleet (1944-1945), she sank two Japanese sailing vessels, three coasters, a barge, and a tug. She also forced a coaster ashore and survived an attack by depth charges. Spark also towed the midget submarine XE-1 during Operation Struggle, an attack on the Japanese cruiser Myōkō. Spark returned to the UK in October 1945 and was sold in 1949. She was scrapped at Faslane in 1950.
