A hand-painted bisque porcelain depiction of a young woman in a diaphanous dress kneeling on a ledge over a pool with decorative leaves and flowers.

To the base of the figurine is the applied pink triangle reading ‘Royal Dux Bohemia’ surrounding the letter ‘E’ and a blue ‘Made in Czechoslovakia’ stamp. It is also impressed with the number ‘598’over a ‘4’.

The piece measures 29cm (11 ½ inches) by 17cm (6 ¾ inches) with a height of 26.5cm (10 ½ inches).

It weighs 1.85 Kg

The piece is in great condition with no damage and very little sign of wear.
