This flag or banner would have been made for the coronation of King George VI in 1937.

The flag shows King George VI in Naval dress upon a Union jack.

The flag is of cotton and is marked ‘Made in England’ to the lower edge.

The flag is in good condition for its age with general age spotting and some wear to the corners.
