Cased WW1 Era British Army/Navy Binoculars

~ Cased WW1 Era Binoculars ~

The binoculars are of steel construction with black leather bindings.

The eye pieces are marked “Field And Marine Glass” and “Day And Night Acromatic”.

The bridge is marked “8 Nerres”.

The case is of brown leather with a maroon velvet lining and has a carrying strap.

~ Condition ~

The binoculars are in good tidy order (a few dings to the steel) and the optics work well. The leather binding is in good order. The case is decent too.

~ Dimensions ~

The binoculars are 12 cm (4.75 inches) wide, 9 cm (3.5 inches) long and have objective lenses of 4 cm (1.5 inches) in diameter.
