Description

~ Circa 1860 2 Band British Made Percussion Musket For Colonial Service ~

Probably made for Indian service, the fully stocked piece is fitted with its ramrod. The barrel has numerous proof marks. All the metal parts are of steel.

~ Condition ~

The stock has a crack to the left side of the butt, it is complete. The barrel has some pitting. The lock works well on cock and half-cock with a decent spring.

~ Dimensions ~

The musket is 124 cm (49 inches) in total length with a 84 cm (3 inches) barrel.
