Circa 1900 Liprosta German Steamer Trunk

This is a large, circa 1900 German steamer trunk. The trunk is well made with nice brass latches and strong leather straps. On the end of the trunk are the initials E.D. with a flying stork maker’s mark. The inside of the trunk is spacious, well made and is complete with a removable top shelf.

*Condition*

The trunk is in great condition for a steamer trunk of its age. The inside has been well looked after and all the fittings still hold strong. The case has various knocks and marks but no significant damage. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
