This is a Roman Imperial serstetius coin issued between 9 BC and 19 AD by the emperor Tiberius Claudius Caesar Augustus Germanicus (1 August 10 BC- 13 October 54 AD) in the memory of his father, emperor Nero ci..:... Drusus Germanicus (January 14,38 BC- summer of 9 BC).
This is a very rare piece.
One side of the coin depicts Emperor Nero Drusus with the countermark 'N CAPR' all surrounded by 'NERO CLAVDIVS DR VSV GERMANICVS IMP
The other side depicts Emperor Claudius seated on curule chair set on pile of arms.
Historical Note:
This coin was issued by Emperor Tiberius to honour his brother Nero Claudius Drusus (38–9 BC), the father of the future Emperor Claudius and grandfather of Caligula and Nero. Drusus was a distinguished general who campaigned in Germania, earning the title Germanicus. Though he died young from a fall from his horse, his memory was revered, and posthumous coinage was struck in his honour during the reign of his brother.

As seen in the pictures the coin is in good condition for its age with some oxidisation.
