A gorgeous ring of 9ct gold set with five oval cabochon opals and 12 small round-cut diamonds.

The opals which are of varying size are mounted in a row to the front of the ring.

The diamonds are set above and below the opals.

The ring has decorative engraving to the sides and shoulders of the band.

The band is otherwise plain.

The ring is marked for 9ct gold, Birmingham, 1902.

The opals measures 7mm x 5mm (x1), 6mm x 4mm (x2) and 5mm x 3mm (x2).

The diamonds measure 0.01 carats (1mm diameter) each.

The ring is a UK size M+ which is a US size 6.5

There is a little residue inside where glue has been used to keep the central opal in place.

The ring is otherwise in great condition with no damage.
