This is a Francis Searchlights Ltd lamp that is mounted on a nice teak tripod. The lamp is 11 inches in diameter and the lamp is made of chrome on brass. It features an excellent parabolic mirror and can be adjusted in all angles. It can be fitted on many stands/tripods and would make for a lovely interior light.
