~ Franklin Mint House Of Fabergé Imperial Pearl Egg Watch Pendant Necklace ~
A lovely ‘House Of Fabergé’ watch pendant necklace by The Franklin Mint.
The pendant is modelled in the style of one of the famous Imperial eggs made by Fabergé during the time of Imperial Russia.
The watch itself is of oval form with a mother of pearl dial accentuated simply with a single raised gilt dot at the twelve o’clock position. It has two simple plain gilt hands.
The watch is housed in a half egg shaped case of gilt silver with raised floral decoration and blue enamel work. It is mounted with several small pearls.
The watch pivots within the pendant in order to gain access to the crown.
The pendant is suspended from a silver gilt chain with spring ring clasp.
The chain and pendant are both marked for sterling silver.
The watch comes in its original box with instruction leaflet.

The dial measures 1.2cm x 1.5cm.
The pendant measures 2.4cm wide and 2.8cm in height (3.5cm including suspension loop).
The chain has a length of 70cm (27 ½ inches).
The piece weighs 33g.
~ Condition ~
Unfortunately one of the pearls is missing from the back of the pendant. The piece is otherwise in a lovely condition with no damages and very little sign of wear.
The watch is battery operated and currently needs a new battery, but is in working order.
