Of first quality, the vase was the the very last design by Walter Moorcroft, ten years after his official “retirement”.

The vase is of elongated ovoid form and depicts the rocky seascape of Trearddur Bay on Anglesey, one of Walters favourite holiday places.

Depicted are rocky cliffs, a blue ocean, billowing white clouds against a bright blue sky with a single, small sailboat in the distance.

To the underside it is marked thus...

The vase is in excellent condition.
