~ Late 17th Century Brass Hunting Powder Flask ~
The brass flask is rounded with small suspension rings on either side. Both sides depict the same scene; a farmer doing work with his canine companion.
~ Dimensions ~
The flask has a width of 3.2 inches (8.1 cm), a height of 4 inches (10.2 cm) & a depth of 1.5 inches (3.8 cm). It weighs 129 g.
~ Condition ~
One of the sides has a significant dent. The other side has been soldered back together, with a significant solder mark. Some of the brass colouring has started to fade. The nozzle is as shown.
