A great vintage watch, probably from around the 1950’s, with a more recent leather strap.
The face is marked both “Lucerne” and “De Luxe”, has Arabic numerals and white bar hands. The case is of stainless steel.
The reverse of the case reads…

It runs and adjusts well, the later is a little stiff. The strap is a fairly recent replacement.
