~ Mid 20th Century Japanese Battery Operated Tin Toy Santa ~
A wonderful battery operated tin toy of Santa, from Japan made in the mid 20th Century.
The toy is of tin with a felt Santa suit and hat, carrying a drum and bell.
The toy is attached via a wire to a battery device with button which when pushed operates the toy making a little on his hat light up as he beats his drum, rings his bell and walks.
The toy doesn’t appear to have a makers mark.

It weighs 445g.

The toy is in a very nice condition with only light wear from age and use.
It is in full working order.
