Flat cap and tally band blue-topped round cap as worn by junior ratings in the Royal Navy. The cap bears the tally band embroidered 'H.M.S. ROYAL SOVEREIGN'. Precise date of the cap is unknown but the HMS Royal Sovereign served between 1919 and 1949.
*Condition*
Good condition. Considering its age, the fabric is largely damage and stain-free. The tally band does show signs of aging. Please refer to the images as a part of our condition report.
