Here we have a German Steiff teddy record Peter 1921. It is monkey teddy on top of a kart of some sort this is currently attached on a part on the box.
It comes in a box that is dated 1993 with the tile Margarete Steiff Giengn-Brenz Musem-Collection Limitierte Auflage 4000. The label on the back of the box is in German
