The Union-Castle Line was a British shipping line that operated a fleet of passenger liners and cargo ships between Europe and Africa from 1900 to 1977.

The circa 1920’s napkin ring is of silver plated metal with the ‘Union Castle Line’ logo engraved to the front and ‘’411’ to the reverse.

The ring has a diameter of 4 cm and a depth of 2.5 cm.

It weighs 27 g.

The napkin ring has general light age wear and the logo to the front is a little worn.
