A beautiful Victorian gold mourning or memorial brooch featuring a floral spray set on a Royal blue guilloche enamel ground within a decorative gold border
The floral spray is set with 18 split pearls and features a small diamond to the centre of the flower.
The reverse side of the brooch is of plain gold with a glazed section to the centre containing locks of hair.
The brooch is fitted with a pin clasp and comes with a safety chain (not original).
It comes in its original box.

The pearls measure 2mm in diameter each.
The diamond measures approximately 0.01 carats (a little less than 1mm in diameter).
The brooch measures 4cm x 4.5cm.
It weighs 18.1g
~ Condition ~
The glazed panel covering the locks of hair appears to be plastic and therefore not original.
One of the pearls is missing.
There are a couple of very minor damages to the gold border but these are only visible upon very close inspection and do not detract from the overall beauty of the piece.
The brooch overall is in very nice condition with no damage to the enamel.
