~ Walter Moorcroft Orchid Pattern Shallow Footed Dish Circa 1950 ~
This is a lovely Moorcroft dish decorated in the ‘Orchid’ pattern.
The dish is beautifully tube lined orchid flowers in pinks, purples, yellow and blues on the classic Moorcroft deep blue background.
The underside of the dish has the hand painted initials of Walter Moorcroft as well as the impressed marks of ‘Moorcroft’ and ‘Made in England’.

The dish has a diameter of 8.5 Inches (21.5cm). It weighs 429g.
~ Condition ~
The dish is in excellent used condition with very minor wear, no chips or cracks. The glaze has some light crazing.
