~ Wedgewood Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Commemorative Mug ~
A mug produced in 2002 by Wedgewood to celebrate the golden jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The mug depicts a crowd of people surrounding the Victoria Memorial in front of Buckingham palace with fireworks. It has the words "Golden" above and "Celebration" below. The mug is also printed inside with the Royal cypher of Queen Elizabeth II and the dates 1952-2002.
The handle is decorated in purple with gilt stars.
The design is in shades of purple and yellow with gilt after the original design by Eric Ravilious.
The base is printed with the details of the mug and the Wedgewood mark.

The mug is 4 inches (10cm) high with a diameter of 3 1/2 inches (9cm)
~ Condition ~
The mug is in wonderful condition with no cracks, just a tiny bit of wear to the gilt edging at the top. There is a slight mark to the handle made during manufacture.
