~ WW1 No. 5 Mills Bomb Grenade Money Box ~
Quite popular back in the day they were sold for charity purposes in order to help the war veterans.
This is an example of a factory casted Mill’s that hasn’t been drilled yet and probably due to quality issues was rejected and transformed into a money box.
A nice metal base has been attached to it and both were black painted.

The piece is in very nice condition with some age to it.
