~ WW2 Austerity Wartime Monopoly Set ~

A 1940’s, Second World War period Monopoly set.

Known as the ‘Austerity’ or ‘Wartime’ edition due to the fact that it featured cardboard tokens instead of metal tokens and a spinner instead of dice.

~ Dimensions ~

The board is of standard size.

All cards and pieces are also of standard size.

The box is the pre 1957 small size.

~ Condition ~

The set is missing two tokens/counters : The iron and the shoe .

The spinner is also missing though a pair of vintage dice are included.

The set is otherwise complete and includes the original ‘Rules’ pamphlet.

There is some wear to the board and box (see images) but in general the set is in good playable condition.
