The collection includes the complete run of the first release, No. 1 (1990) – No. 20 (1992) and the reboots No. 1 (1992) – No. 78 1995.
Judge Dredd: The Megazine is a monthly British comic magazine, launched in October 1990. It is a sister publication to 2000 AD. Its name is a play on words, formed from “magazine” and Dredd’s locale Mega-City One.
2000 AD is a weekly British science fiction-orientated anthology comic, serialising separate stories in each issue, first published by IPC Magazines in 1977.
Like 2000 AD, the Megazine is an anthology, featuring a number of ongoing and stand-alone stories. Some series have comprised a specific storyline while others have had only a loose thematic connection. Originally, the Megazine only included stories set in the world of Judge Dredd. However, it has since expanded to included some unconnected stories and text pieces, including articles, interviews and reviews.
~ Condition ~
The books are in various grade, and have not all been inspected (nor have they been given a official CGC rating) due to the high volume of issues. From quick inspection I would rate most issues F/FV (6.0-7.0). Most of the issues are bagged with a few other issues, and most appear to have been boarded.
