Description

The AKM is the most common development of the AK47 assault rifle, adopted for service by the Soviet armed forces in 1959. Unlike the AK47, the AKM featured a stamped, rather than cast, body. To increase the manufacturability of AKMs, some simplicity changes were made to the internal components. Copies or variants of the AKM were manufactured in a several Warsaw Pact countries. This particular example was produced in Romania and features the typical Romanian fore-grip.

*Condition*

This AKM is in great condition with working cocking handle and removable magazine. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
