Major P.R. Elliot Royal Artillery Officer No.1 Cap with Gloves

This is a set including cap and gloves that belonged to Major P.R. Elliot of the Royal Artillery regiment. They come complete in the box with name and delivery address on. The hat was made by the company Bates which has been established on London’s Jermyn road since 1898 and is still in operation under the name of Bates at Hilditch & Key.

*Condition*

The hat and gloves are in excellent condition with some very small holes on the red, headband part of the hat. The gloves are completely undamaged. Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report.
