~ Boxed Moorcroft Trout Pattern Vase ~
The squat form vase has tube-line decoration of two trouts in an underwater scene, painted in muted colours on a ground of blue graduating to cream.
The piece is of ‘Seconds’ quality, as denoted by the silver line through the ‘WM’ initials, meaning it had minor imperfections, but is still of good enough quality to be released.
The vase bears the usual Moorcroft marks to the base along with the date symbol of a mushroom for 2002.
It also bears the original price tag, indicating that it is a ‘seconds’ release, and was original retailed for £457.50.
The vase comes in its original box.

The vase is 12.5 (5 inches) wide and 15cm (6 inches) tall.
It weighs 640g (970 inc. box).
~ Condition ~
The vase has general crazing to the glaze which is probably why it is marked as a ‘second’.
The vase is otherwise in great condition with no damage.
The box is in good order.
