~ Circa 1920’s Chamberlain & Hill Tally Ho Cast Brass Bank ~
This old cast brass money bank was made by Chamberlain & Hill, England. The exact date is not known, but it was produced from 1900 till 1950 & we date it to circa 1920.
The front is made of a large horseshoe with the words “Tally-Ho” at the top. At the centre is a horse’s head in front of some foliage wit the words “Bank” just below him. To the left on the lower edge is a foxs head, and to the right is a bloodhound’s head.

The bank has a width of 4.2 inches (cm), a height of 4.5 inches (cm) & a depth of 1.7 inches (4.3 cm).
It weighs 545 g.
