Description

~ 1827 Pattern Rifles Sword And Scabbard ~

The ricasso has the proof star to one side and the makers name to the other, this is too feint to be read.

~ Condition ~

Please see pictures for more detail as they form part of our condition report. The blade is quite tidy – no nicks and very minimal pitting and blackening. The grip is in good order. The scabbard is free from dents and retains both its suspension rings.

~ Dimensions ~

The sword is 95 cm (37.5 inches) in total length with a 62 cm (32.25 inch) blade.
