~ 1950’s Arnold Military Police Jeep Wind Up Tinplate Toy #2 ~

Here we have a good quality and really rather nice tinplate toy. The piece is in the form of three US Military Police in their jeep, this version of the toy has three officers wearing their white covered peaked caps with one driver, one map reader and one radio operator. This version has been painted olive drab with all the US army decals.

The toy is made by Arnold in West Germany with the logo and ‘MADE IN WEST GERMANY’ on the underside of the jeep as well as the front bumper sticker, the rear bumper section and on all of its tires.

A few bits of wear here and there but still a worthwhile addition to any set.

The toy is 7 inches (18 cm) long.

The toy is 3 inches (7.5 cm) wide.

The toy weighs 295g

~ Condition ~

The toy is in good condition for its age but it does have some wear to the edges of the paintwork and to the soldier figurines.

The toy comes with all its constituent parts but is missing its winding key.
