~ 19th Century Japanese Sword Stand ~

A nice example of a 19th-century original piece that bears a pair of written brass plaques one on each side (any help with the translation is welcomed).

As can be seen in the pictures the piece is made of bamboo and steel elements.

The piece is in fair condition for its age with some age-related damage but is not serious.
