Description

~ c1600 North European Horsemans Sword ~

The sword has a slightly rounded blade, plain blade. The catching quillions have flower bud finials and a there is a heavy counter weight pommel. A beautiful and solid example.

~ Condition ~

Please refer to the images for the condition. All parts are firm bar very minor play in the cross guard. There is minor pitting and the sword has developed a light grey-brown patina.

~ Dimensions ~

The sword is 109 cm (42.75 inches) in total length with a 90 cm (35.5 inches) blade.
