~ Cased Pair of Georgian Sterling Silver Mustard Spoons – Edinburgh 1810 ~
A lovely pair of small, late Georgian spoons in case.
The spoons have wide shallow bowls and plain fiddle pattern handles.
Both handles are engraved with the initials ‘WA’.
The spoons are hallmarked for silver, Edinburgh, 1810 with a makers mark of ‘AS’.
The spoons come in a nice quality cream silk and blue velvet lined leatherette hard case.
The case is not original but has some age.
~ Dimensions ~
The spoons have a length of 10cm (4 inches) and a bowl width of 2.5cm (1 inch).
Together they weigh 10g.
The spoons and case weigh 64g.
~ Condition ~
There is some spotting to the silver, but some of this may come out with a thourough polish.
The spoons have some general light age wear but no significant marks and no damage.
The case is in good order.
