~ Circa 1790 Swag Etched Folded Foot Cordial Glass ~
The glass is etched with a flowing swag banner with small stars inside & ribbons at three points along the top edge. The smooth steam is beautifully clear and flows into the spreading folded circular base.
~ Dimensions ~
The glass is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) tall with a base diameter of 2.3 inches (5.9 cm). It weighs 90 g.
~ Condition ~
The rim has a tiny chip. There is an internal fissure on the underside, across the fold and an internal particle of dark matter on the base edge.
It remains in otherwise excellent order.
