~ Circa 1850 Handpainted Plate Unmarked Coalport Or Minton Of A Castle In A Lake ~
The plate has a puce border sandwiched by gilt. The central hand painted panel depicts a castle in the middle of a lake surrounded by mountains. It is unmarked but is most likely by Minton or Coalport.
~ Condition ~
The plate is in excellent order, free from chips and cracks. There is a slight blemish to the glaze just to the right of the castle.
~ Dimensions ~
The plate is 24.5 cm (9.75 inches) in diameter and 2 cm (0.75 inches) tall.
