~ Circa 1870 Elkington & Co. Ltd. Brass Carriage Clock ~
The dial is named "Elkington & Co. Ltd. Regent Street" though the carriage clock is undoubtedly French. The dial has black Roman numerals. The clock is fitted with a carrying handle and bevelled glass panels to the top and four sides. The hands are of blued steel.
It comes with its key.
Please note the clock is not a striking one, nor does it have an alarm.
~ Condition ~
The clock is in good working order, the face has one blemish, the case is tidy. There is one chip to the glass on the back panel, lower right.
~ Dimensions ~
The clock is 14 cm (5.5 inches) tall with the handle upright. It is 7.5 cm (3 inches) wide and 6 cm (2.25 inches) deep.
The clock weighs 0.63 Kg.
