~ Corgi 48303 Aviation Archive Model Avro Vulcan B2 – XH558 First & Last In Service ~
A die-cast, 1:44 scale model of the Avro Vulcan B2 ‘XH558’ or ‘Spirit of Great Britain’ by Corgi.
The Avro Vulcan was a jet-powered, tailless, delta-wing, high-altitude, strategic bomber, which was operated by the Royal Air Force (RAF) from 1956 until 1984.
The HX558 was one of the upgraded B2 versions. It took its maiden flight in 1960 and was both the first and the last of the B2’s in service.
The model, part of the ‘Aviation Archive, Military Air Power’ range, has superb detail and comes with a stand.
The model comes in its original box.
