~ Corgi Toys 267 Batmobile ~
A Corgi Toys No. 267 die-cast model of the Batmobile from the popular television show Batman.
This model was the 1st issue, produced 1966-67. This is the gloss black version with no tow hook.
It features a chain slasher blade, triple rocket tubes, turbine jet exhaust and spring suspension.
The model comes with two figures (Batman and Robin), instruction sheet and 13 red and yellow plastic rockets.
It comes in its original picture card box complete with inner cardboard display stand.
The following items are not present: the Batmobile owners club badge/sticker, the white card protection piece that goes on the plinth, the instruction sheet, the white envelope for the instruction sheet, the small production feature guide sheet and the card ring piece for the aerial protection.
~ Dimensions ~
The model measures 5cm by 13cm.
The box measures 6cm x 5cm x 15cm.
Together they weigh 190g.
~ Condition ~
The model is in a vg/ near mint condition with only the lightest scratch to the front which is only noticeable on close inspection.
All features are in working order.
The ‘chain slasher blade’ has a little nick but this looks like a manufacturing issue rather than damage.
The box has a split to one of the flaps and a little wear to the corners as expected but is otherwise in a very nice condition.
The inner cardboard stand with only a crease to one flap and a little compression of the base where the model sits which is to be expected.
