~ Dinky Toys 705/70C "Viking" Air Liner Set ~
The model was originally produced from 1949 to 1950, before later being renumbered 705.
It is housed within it's original yellow trade lid cardboard box, with the central divider still intact.
The trade boxes usually came with six planes, though this set now only includes three.
~ Dimensions ~
The planes have a wingspan of 5.5 inches (14 cm) and a length of 4 inches (10.2 cm).
The box has a width of 8.5 inches (21.5 cm), a depth of 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) and a height of 3 inches (7.6 cm).
The set weighs 290 g.
~ Condition ~
There are some pencil marks to the lid and splitting to one corner, with some wearing along the edges of the box. The planes are in good condition, some minor wear but all three planes still have the correct decals & have the four bladed propellers attached.
