Nazi Normandy Third Reich Relic With Battle Damage
Here we have a genuine WW2 M35 Stalhelm with remains of the national tricolour and the Nazi Eagle. This helmet has been overpainted with rough texture cammo paint and is in as found condition, we were told by the private seller that this was found in Normandy after the war but have no documentation for this, however having inspected the helmet we believe this to be exactly correct. There is no liner and the maker and size mark is illegible due to rust however the batch number appears to be 4515 which means it is likely to be made by the Emaillierwerk AG Fulda Factory as a double decal Army helmet in parade finish light Green and subsequently field camouflaged which actually preserved the decals.
In relic condition as pictured with battle damage and no liner, please see the pictures as these form part of our condition report.
