~ Early William Moorcroft Miniature Cornflower Pattern Florian Ware Vase ~
An early (circa 1905) William Moorcroft Florian ware tube lined vase in the Cornflower design. The vase is really well executed with crisp tublines, is wonderfully coloured and has minimal crazing. This vase will present well in any art pottery collection.
It is marked to the base with the “WM Des” green flash signature and a brown Florian ware stamp to the base.

A beautifully decorated example that is presented for sale with no damage or repair.

The vase is 12 cm (4.75 inches) tall with a maximum diameter of 6.5 cm (2.5 inches).
