A very fine example of its type with a reeded centre, laurel leaves around the base and an urn top.

It is clearly hallmarked for Sterling Silver, London and date code for 1895. The makers mark is W & S & L with a central H.

The caster is in excellent condition.

The shake is 21 cm (8.25 inches) tall with a maximum diameter of 7.5 cm (3 inches).
