~ HMS Regent Royal Navy Submarine Bronze Ships Boat Badge ~
The badge is an original piece from the ship. It has three screws to the reverse.
It bears the ships name and emblem of a griffin and is now mounted on a wooden plaque.
Though the submarine was sunk with all hands, it is not unusual to find this type of piece, as often the crew would donate them to visiting dignitaries.
