~ Ladies 9ct Gold Omega Wristwatch 1968 ~
A delightful ladies Omega wristwatch of 9ct gold dating to 1968.
The watch case and bracelet are both of 9ct gold.
The watch has a rounded rectangular dial with a gilt finish and batons for hours.
The dial is named ‘Omega, Swiss Made’.
The inside of the case-back is hallmarked for 9ct gold, London, 1968 and has a makers mark of ‘OWC’. It is marked as Omega and has a serial no. of 5115626.
The movement is marked ‘Omega Watch Co., Swiss, 17 Jewels’. It has a calibre number of ‘484’ and a serial number of ‘24332365’.
The watch has a later gold oyster link style bracelet with a flip lock clasp which is hallmarked for 9ct gold, Birmingham, 1985 and has a makers mark of ‘JAM’.
~ Dimensions ~
The dial measures 12mm by 16mm.
The watch and bracelet have a circumference of 16.5cm (6 ½ inches) when fixed at the smallest setting.
It weighs 13.5g.
~Condition ~
The gilt finish to the dial has a little wear around the edges but otherwise the watch and strap are in a very good pre-owned condition with minimal wear.
The watch is in good working order.
