A charming miniature tankard with hinged lid in sterling silver topped with an owl finial.
The body has relief decoration of drunken revellers, scrolling and a small cartouche.
The piece is hallmarked for sterling silver, Chester, 1904 with the makers mark ‘SDL’ for Samuel Boyce (or Boaz) Landeck.
There are other marks to base (unidentified).
