Durso were a Belgian company that made composite figures much like the more well known Elastolin and Lineol.

Of one piece construction, the figurine depicts Adolf Hitler saluting in the ‘Brown Shirt’ SA uniform.

Please refer to the images for the condition. The figurine is complete with some paint loss.
