It has a salt glazed body with upper and lower cobalt blue rims.

The jug is back-stamped for Royal Doulton, st and 4816.

The piece is in good order, free from chips and cracks.

The jug is 20 cm (8 inches) tall with a body diameter of 14 cm (5.5 inches).
