~ WW2 German M40 Helmet ~
This is a Second World War German M40 helmet.
The helmet has been repainted at one point in time. It has no decals or a lining.
Judging by the way it looks inside it was excavated from a war site and repainted by the previous owner for preservation purposes.
We don’t know is it’s a piece used by the German army or is an export piece.

The helmet is a small-medium size.
It weighs 1.27 Kg.
~ Condition ~
As previously said the helmet is missing its lining, chinstrap and decals.
It is free of rust or any damage, apart from some paint scratches.
