~ WW2 Military Helios Wrist Watch ~
A Second World War era Helios military wristwatch.
The watch has a white dial with luminescent Arabic numerals, black edged luminescent hands and a red sweeping seconds hand.
The dial is named ‘Helios’ and reads ‘Waterproof, Antimagnetic, Swiss’.
The watch has a chromed metal case with stainless steel screw-on case back also named ‘Helios’.
The watch has a 15 jewel, manual wind, Swiss movement.
It is complete with a stainless steel bracelet with flip clasp.
~ Dimensions ~
The dial has a diameter of 2.5cm (the case 3cm).
The bracelet (on its widest setting) has an inner circumference of 20cm (8 inches).
The watch weighs 58g.
~ Condition ~
The case has lost some of its chrome and the dial has some wear around the edge (the lower half of the outer minutes ring is all but worn away. There is a little oxidation to the hands.
The bracelet is in good order.
The watch is in good working order and keeps good time.
