The blade and scabbard are stamped on one side “43asw”. The other side of the blade is stamped “8187oo” (this serial number has been crossed with a line). The Scabbard is serial numbered on the other side as well but the stamp faded.
The grip bears a pair of Waffenampt stamps and serial "8494".
