~ Clarice Cliff Bizarre Mr Puddleduck 6 Egg Cup Cruet Set ~
The pieces are variously backstamped ‘Fantasque’, ‘Hand Painted’, ‘Bizarre by Clarice Cliff’, ‘Newport Pottery England’. The set was produced in around 1930 and the stand is in the melon pattern.
~ Condition ~
Please refer to the images for the condition. There is a virtually unnoticeable restoration to the base where the duck was snapped off, otherwise fine.
~ Dimensions ~
The stands is 12.5 cm (5 inches) tall and the base is 15 cm (6 inches) in diameter, The eggs ups are 4 cm (1.5 inches) tall.
